The Kibbe quiz takes about two minutes and needs no account. If your result does not feel like you, retake it — the questions are about bone structure and proportion, not about how you like to dress, and people often answer the first one or two from habit. Your style words come from a separate set of questions and are meant to sit alongside your type, not override it.
The photo analysis runs on your device. Photos you point the camera at for a Kibbe or garment read are not uploaded, not stored on our servers, and never seen by us. Photos you deliberately attach to a Community post or a closet item are uploaded, because that is what posting means. The Privacy Policy spells out exactly what is stored and where.
Closet items sync to your account when you are signed in, so they follow you between the website and the apps. Marking an item Public puts it in the community Closets tab; Private keeps it to you. If pieces look duplicated after signing in on a second device, email us — do not delete them one by one, we can usually sort it out from our side.
Premium is $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year, with the first week free, and it renews until you cancel.
Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for. If Premium did not do what we said it would, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund a website purchase in full.
Every Community post and every comment has a Report option. Reports are reviewed, and content reported by enough different people is hidden automatically while we look.
You can also block anyone from their profile. Blocking hides their posts, comments and stories from you and yours from them, stops messages in both directions, and removes any follows between you. They are not told. Undo it any time under Home → Blocked accounts.
In the app or on the website: Home → Delete my account. You confirm with your password, and it takes effect immediately.
If you can't sign in, email support@style-lore.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm your identity and delete it within 30 days. You do not need the app installed to make this request.
What is deleted: your account and login, your profile and photo, your Community posts, stories and the photos attached to them, your closet and saved outfits, your quiz and colour results, your likes, follows, blocks and direct messages, and your push-notification tokens.
What is kept, and why: comments you left on other people's posts remain under your display name, because comments are not linked to accounts in a way that lets us remove only yours without deleting other people's threads. Records of payments are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Server logs containing an IP address age out on their own within 30 days.
Deleting your account does not by itself cancel a subscription bought through Apple or Google — cancel that in the store first, or you will keep being billed.
